These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lvlxhq.com and all websites, products, memberships, and programs operated by LVLX, LLC ("LVLX," "we," "us"), including BBX, rX By LVLX, and BioX. By purchasing from us, creating an account, enrolling as an LVLX partner, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms.

Purchases & memberships

• Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. You authorize LVLX to charge your chosen payment method for the order you place.
• Monthly memberships renew automatically on your billing date each month until canceled. You can update your payment method or manage your membership in your LVLX account, or by contacting support@lvlxhq.com.
• If a renewal payment is declined, we may retry it and will email you a secure link to update your card.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Telehealth services connected to rX By LVLX are provided by independent licensed providers, subject to their own terms.

LVLX partner program

Independent LVLX partners (consultants) are not employees of LVLX. Commissions are governed by the LVLX compensation plan and partner agreement in effect at the time. Partners must represent LVLX products truthfully and follow all applicable laws in their marketing.

SMS Terms

By opting in to LVLX text messages — at checkout, in your LVLX account settings, or by texting a keyword to our number — you consent to receive recurring informational and promotional SMS/MMS messages from LVLX at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from LVLX.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@lvlxhq.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The LVLX name, logos, product names, sites, and content belong to LVLX, LLC and may not be used without permission, except as allowed under an active partner agreement.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our sites and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVLX, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites, products, or programs. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as LVLX grows. The effective date above always reflects the current version; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
