Refund & Shipping Policy
Effective: June 2, 2026
This policy explains shipping, returns, and refunds for products purchased from LVLX LLC (“LVLX”). Telehealth services and prescriptions provided through rX by LVLX and its third-party providers are governed separately by those providers’ terms.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination and carrier. Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States; you are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
BioX & BioX Pets Test Kits
Because BioX and BioX Pets are personal wellness testing kits, unopened kits in original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less shipping. For hygiene and integrity reasons, opened or used kits, or kits for which a sample has been submitted for analysis, are non-refundable. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Wellness Products & Supplements
Unopened wellness products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less shipping. Opened consumable products are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a defective product.
Merchandise
Unworn, unwashed LVLX merchandise with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer’s responsibility.
How to Start a Return
Email support@lvlxhq.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Subscriptions
If you enroll in a subscription, you may cancel future shipments at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting support@lvlxhq.com. Already-shipped orders are subject to the return rules above.
Wellness Partner Purchases
Returns and refunds for Wellness Partners, including any buyback provisions, are governed by the official LVLX Policies & Procedures.
